    • even if there are changes, wechat can recall for everybody
    • if use gitea URLs, nothing in wechat has to change, other members have confidence to repost

  1. The video and PDF describe the same problems as IT group findings but is the software ready to use? or need us to create in "bubble"? See 4
  2. What are we paying for?
    • expertise?
    • labour? executive? management?
    • AI?
    • software? (why need bubble?)
  3. Gitea can do the green box, red box IT group want to buy or create ourselves
  4. Why do we need to know "no code"? It is a red flag, are we suppose to create Logic Layer ourselves?
  5. Also "no code" is a red flag (looks good but doesn't solve the problem or create new problems)
  6. Work coordination is missing, we need links, not files, think bicycles vs container ship
  7. Information must have version control to prevent regressive cycles, see https://records.yen.network/yen/forum/commits/branch/main/policy.md
