+## Forum training fee
+1. Every new member has to pay an additional CNY2500 when first joining to fund their Forum Basic and Moderator training, this amount will be kept by the chapter.
+2. 50% used when going for Basic training
+3. The other 50% will be used when member attends Moderator training
+
+## Moderator training criteria
+1. Member must currently be in a forum
+2. Member must have attended 6 forum sessions
